      Hotel Information and Room Booking

      FBA's 17th Annual Conference will be from November 9th-12th at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando, FL.

      Our 17th Annual Franchise Broker's Conference and Expo will be held at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort from November 9th - 12th, 2025 in Orlando, FL.

      What is the room block discount? 

      We have negotiated an excellent group rate of $229/ per night at Hyatt Regency.

      When is the room block cut-off date? 

      Room Block Cutoff Date – October 18th, 2025. Any reservations made after this date will result in a full charge for room bookings. 

      Hotel reservations must be made online using our room block link or by accessing it on our event website - franchisebce.com. 

      Please don't use the services of any third-party vendors for hotel reservations. 

      Does the hotel provide wheelchairs? 

      The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress does offer wheelchairs if needed. When you arrive at the hotel ask the front desk and they will provide you with one. 

      If you want to ensure it's there before arrival please call the hotel front desk and request a wheelchair. 

      Is the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress ADA-accessible? 

      All of our event spaces are ADA-accessible. Except for some locations being a bit further, all routes are accessible. 

      There are also elevators near all the event sessions.
